We went to the company LJH as they had been managing the property as a rental and we were very comfortable with them. David was agreeable and confident and in the first instance, recommended against selling as he advised us to wait for a possible higher price. This in fact came to pass and when we eventually decided to sell, we were pleased with that advice. In the early stages of the process, we felt that there could have been more communication, but once we established our expectations, and the details were confirmed, we were comfortable with the carriage of the sale.
