We were very happy to have Dave as the agent assisting in the sale of our Nana's house. Despite it being the summer holiday period and us working with a deadline to get Nana into aged care, he was able to secure a quick sale, for a very good price. He went the extra mile/km to help with paper work, taking in to consideration Nana's lack of mobility and circumstances. I know she too was very happy and even smitten to have him taking care of the sale and clearing/cleaning in a helpful and pro manner.
