My experience with David has been nothing shy of exceptional. As a first time buyer I welcomed David’s guidance which he was happy to take the additional time to help provide throughout the entire process, no question of mine was too small or silly and he responded in such a timely manner. Although a new time buyer, David never gave the impression he was taking advantage of that situation and was very transparent about all items discussed. David went out of his way to video call me from the property when I was too far away to inspect in person, offering as much customer service as I feel possible. Once the contracts were exchanged I was still receiving the same quality service as if it were a potential buyer, his interest in being there for us didn’t stop just because there was a contract in place. David extended his knowledge of the areas local businesses and also offered to provide any contacts we may need from the local business group, eg property slashing. I felt like David was a great communicator on our behalf as well as the seller. If anything needed to be prompted to the other party he was very proficient in ensuring this was addressed, professionally and swiftly.
