I cannot speak more highly enough of David and is attitude towards the job he does. Any agent can sell property at the moment give the current property boom with the pandemic, but the difference with David is that he proactively pushes for the maximum price while still giving you an honest appraisal of what your property is worth. He has a extensive list of prospective buyers and my house was under offer in 3 days even while there was a major rain event happening.
