I had previously met David when I was looking to buy a home in Greenpoint. I found him very honest and trustworthy so when years later I decided to sell my home I had no hesitation in engaging his agency. I was living outside Forster when the house went for sale and David very kindly made sure the pool and outside areas were presentable prior to inspections. Luke presented well at our initial meeting when we were evaluating agents. He stood out as well prepared, he appraised our property accurately and fairly, was knowledgeable about the market and where our property was positioned within the market. All through the sale process Luke communicated effectively – always friendly, helpful, relevant and professional. He developed a good relationship, not only with ourselves as vendors but with the tenants in the property which helped the process immensely. Luke identified and showed the property to prospective purchasers who were genuinely interested and the sale was completed in a timely manner with a result in the predicted range.
