Robert Ljubic took care of us just before Christmas. He was very helpful with all processes and my question. We haven’t had to wait for inspection nor see the place with other people (which gives lots of pressure 😂) and he was pretty flexible with my time frame as I was very busy at work. Also, I felt safe because he was caring about my request for my new place and followed it up with the landlord. Highly recommend this agency, especially Robert. Thank you, Robert. Rob has been amazing throughout this process and has been prompt and efficient with his replies. Despite being on leave, he made himself available to show us the property, address any questions and concerns and processed the application and had the lease for signage within 3 days. Robert was very professional and approachable at every stage along our journey to getting a tenant for our unit and we can highly recommend him . Robert was diligent in following up on us during our period of renovation and shared his insights and offered his invaluable advice during this time. When it came time to be ready for rent Robert gave a realistic market appraisal and then comprehensively screened perspective tenants. We were then very pleased when Robert secured a tenant within a week of listing our unit on the various websites. We especially liked that Ratcliff Mathews operate on a set management fee that included everything so there were no unexpected or hidden costs.
