I believe they have the skills and knowledge, and although I have one property manager, it seems that every time the office contacts me it’s someone different and it never seems to be the same person twice doing open homes. The notes on my file don’t get transferred over to the new tenant’s file resulting in me having to make repeated requests to attend mid term inspections and not getting notified of the inspection until after it’s happened.
