We Interviewed 3 Realestate Agents and Kirsten Kark was the only one with a marketing strategy for our rural property. Kirsten personally qualified every buyer enquiry. She made appointments for the potential buyers and attended every buyers visit to our property, Kirsten made sure she knew everything about our property and did searches to validate everything about what we were selling. Kirsten literally walked every potential buyer over every part of our property, answering every question put to her about water, irrigation, bores, fencing - all and everything. One hot Saturday she walked 3 separate buyers over the property individually. Massive effort. She did not falter. Kirsten kept us in the loop about every potential buyer and followed up every potential buyer post inspection. Her communication and feedback was alway professional and superb.
