A rewarding experiance with Michael
This property had some difficulties to be dealt with to achieve a sale, Michaels experiance was extremely helpful, and he kept me very well informed of every step, and always made himself available to talk to. Excellent service, smooth and easy sale.
Raimo did a great job selling our place in Bridgewater. He recommended a particular selling strategy for us, based on the unique characteristics of our property. We had tenants in the property and had to market the property to both investors and homeowners. He negotiated with the tenants, while still organizing everything (photos, inspections etc.) to get the property sold. The property ended up selling within 24 hours of listing, and achieved 40k more than we were hoping to get! Throughout the whole process, Raimo kept us up to date with where things were at, and made selling smooth and easy. 100% would sell with him again.
