Very prompt, first to respond, first to turn up, first to present evaluation. Gave us realistic price and expectations did not try get us to sign up by over valuation . First agent I have had who actually worked in favour of the seller not the buyer or himself. Got us an excellent price by doing the extra. I am not a fan of real estate agents but Raimo was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

We found Nick very easy to deal with. He always returned phone calls promptly and kept us fully informed on progress with the sale of our unit. His advice on price expectation was accurate and in a difficult market he did an excellent job of keeping our profile high.
