Having sold many properties over the years I can honestly say I have now dealt with the best...... Nicholas was outstanding. When I decided to sell I interviewed several agents but my main agent I wanted to talk to was Nicholas due to his huge success rate in Point Frederick. I spoke to several agents who could only offer to drop their commission to get my business, one of them was running around claiming a false waterfront sale price record, Nicholas arrived armed with proven sale history and was upfront with no mucking around.
