TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Peter and I found Nick a very good agent - we have been looking for a home to move to for over a year and for most of that time have been dealing with Nick. We've found him to be extremely helpful and his market knowledge is extremely good. When 35 Albany Street Point Frederick came on the market, Nick was there to help us and I don't think we would have secured this home had it not been for Nick - he communicated with us regularly and kept us informed with what was happening constantly. Since purchasing the property Nick has always been there to answer my calls and has gone out of his way to make everything as stress free as possible - what with the hand over and everything it entails. His after sales service has been excellent. We will be inviting Nick and his family around when we move in, to thank him and celebrate with a glass of champagne. From a buyers perspective, its not often you come across an agent where you feel you could entrust both the honesty in the information being shared and the sincerity of the message. Nic impressed me in being open and professional in all our dealings and I never felt that something was ever 'held back' to enhance his position, or more importantly that of the vendor. Nic is worthy of your respect and trust .. I would gladly deal with him again and would recommend him to anyone seeking an agent with integrity .. not an easy feat in this pool of sharks.

Throughout our dealings with Nicolas Cusick we found him to be very informative, not only in regard to the home we were considering to purchase but also about the neighbourhood we were purchasing in. He organised additional access to the property with the vendors, so we could conduct our own inspection in a longer timeframe. If we had any questions that he could not answer straight away he would contact the vendor and give us our answers in a very timely fashion.
