Jason very quickly earned our trust by being upfront, honest, guiding and updating us every step of the way. We were so impressed with Jason's professionalism, communication and attention to detail which was outstanding. The marketing of our property was extremely well organised and Jason's standout personal video marketing really created alot extra foot traffic through the open homes. This wasn't a straight forward sale as our property was old with potential. Jason is a family man and worked tirelessly through the process taking time away from family on short notice to show potential buyers through. Probably most impressive was Jason's fortitude and drive to bounce back after a setback. We had a contract straight after the first open home. Jason negotiations skills on our behalf was outstanding and above market expectations but this contract didn't proceed after the extended cooling off period. We had lost all momentum by then, and with drive and determination Jason started the process all over again. There is a reason why you are recognised as 'Agent of the Year' .
