Jake was assigned the sale of my 1 bedroom apartment. From the beginning he was engaging and enthusiastic. As a first time seller in the ACT, Jake did not take advantage, explained the selling process clearly and made himself available via WhatsApp at a time that suited us both for discussions as I was located out of the country at the time. Jake used his knowledge of the area to bring in buyers who had previously missed out on similar properties. This expert knowledge resulted in the apartment being 'under contract' in approx. one week. Open house on the Saturday and offers coming through Monday - Wednesday with a decision made on that Wednesday. Settlement took a little longer, however, this was not due to Jake. I have already recommended Jake to a home owner in the block of apartments, they had reached out for information on my selling agent as they noticed the quick turn around. A very easy and pleasant experience from Jake... Highly recommend.

My house buying with experience Jake Bunday was a positive one. Having lived overseas most of my life I had no previous experience of buying property in Australia. Jake was patient in explaining and guiding me through the whole process. If he did not know the answer to any of my questions he was honest enough to say so and let me know he would find out for me which he did as promised in a timely manner. He was available to show me the property when I needed to view it and I never felt hurried. It took less than a month from the day I met Jake in the office to talk about units advertised in the Canberra weekly to settlement. I am enjoying living in my new home.

Absolutely great experience with Jake! We only had a very small window to be purchase our first home and we were shocked at how difficult it was to be able to view a property or even to get an agent on the phone! Jake called us back within minutes, worked his magic with the vendors to show us through the property (on the same day might I add!!) answered all of our sillly questions and was honest with us the whole way through. We overcame a few hurdles but he always made us feel like we were in it together. Couldn't reccomend him enough!

It was a very pleasant experience buying this property via Jake. He is friendly, polite and open to discussions. He knows the property well and he actively listens to the customer’s opinion. Jake is also very flexible with time considering I was working during the day and he make his time available outside office hours. He worked hard to sell the property even though there weren’t many people interested in this particular property at the open home. Jake made the purchasing experience extremely simple to me by creating shortcuts, negotiating terms with the seller, and answering calls and emails promptly. Marcus is the agent for the recent sale of my home - I'm not sure what I can say other than he was fantastic - I am an older female and I know I was paranoid and probably a little difficult a lot of the time about whether my house would or wouldn't sell.
