‘Real estate is not about houses, it’s about people.’ Leslie Joseph Hooker Call me old-fashioned, but I believe the original ‘Mr Hooker’ got it right when he made that statement. It’s such a simple philosophy that seems very hard to find in the consumer world these days. Each and every one of us expects great service. Clients and customers love it and appreciate it! When you deliver an exemplary level of service you can’t fail; people remember you, they trust you and they come back to you. The alternative is… they won’t! I’ve always had a passion for real estate and it’s a profession I’ve enjoyed doing for over 10 years. It’s a job I love, I enjoy helping people, and I’ve always believed in the basic principles of good, old fashioned service.

If you were to describe Virginia in one word, it's an achiever! She tackles anything she does in the same way she tackles everything she does. As someone who loves to challenge herself, she's a self-taught photographer and has trained herself to run several half marathons. Virginia carries this same passion into her work life, having developed her extensive knowledge in property and love for real estate through a diverse background in the industry with over 12 years of experience across property management, marketing, project management and sales. With all these accomplishments, Virginia has realised that the key to success is to remain customer-focused and goal-oriented, taking all the necessary steps to deliver the best results for her clients, being the ultimate professional. Her level of enthusiasm not only shines through in her career but also in her spare time. If you don't see Virginia out and about on the property trail, you'll see her out on mountain bike trails, enjoying some family time with her husband and two beautiful kids, cooking up a storm, or a few mountain hikes up Mt Ainslie or Mt Majura. If you want someone to be this dedicated to your property, give Virginia a call.
