A Godsend!
Virginia was great throughout the sales process! From start to finish, she guided me through the details, what needed to be done and what the market was like, so I knew what to expect and whether/and how to review my price points. As I was living overseas during the entire process, Virginia diligently emailed me and provided me with regular updates on the enquiries made, adding her own professional insights as required. I was so confident throughout the whole process, despite living so far away and that is entirely due to Virginia’s communication and market knowledge.

Amazing real estate agent
I was in a hard time it was overwhelming bri really took the stress off me offering pay later options for repairs organising all the quotes and repairs she really went above and beyond we went to auction which it didn’t sell I was upset but Bri kept my expectations very realistic the whole way and explained everything to me we ended up selling via private sale really can’t complain at all I’m very satisfied we even got more than expected only downside was no Champaign like you see in the movies haha Will recommend to everyone and touch base when I’m ready to buy again
