John has made the experience of purchasing a first home easier than expected. John has remained transparent and very swift with updates and responses during the sale phase. John is super professional and holds high standards when it comes to dealing with new buyers. I would very much recommend to go through John and LJ Hooker Hampton Park when buying/selling a house.

Our property sold within 10 days through Rajbir Dhillon from LJ’s and we would like to give credit where credit is due. Rajbir excelled in all areas with our journey from day 1 all the way through to the end. Rajbir’s communication, engagement, recommendations and eagerness to sell our property for more than what we were expecting was nothing short of first class. The big positive for us was the fact of being treated like a close friend throughout the process versus being treated like just another number. Due to his core values and our experience, I would highly recommend Rajbir to all my family and friends who may be considering buying or selling property. Once again, well done to Rajbir Dhillon and Vikk Heer from LJ’s and we look forward to future property dealings with you both. Regards very happy customers.

I found Jonh Deo very helpful in both negotiating the plans for purchase of the house at Ayanna St and also for the sale of 7 Dalvana Crt, Hampton Park. Dalvana Crt sold for a price that I was happy to accept and which will help in the purchase of the new place. John worked on a plan of making the transition of moving from one place to another more suitable for me. I have found John's disposition to be both polite, helpful and also cheerful. I would recommend John as the person to call on in a similar situation. I hope now that the house is finished early and I can move well before Dec 20.
