We first met John after meeting multiple other agents from other franchises. Instantly, it was obvious of John’s attitude towards selling the property - he wanted to achieve what we wanted. Other agents came through offering their service, however were quick to ridicule our asking price, ridicule our house and ridicule our ‘knowledge’ of selling. John on the other hand, listened, paused and said “Let’s give it a go!” with a positive tone. Other than his can-do attitude, we were impressed with his understanding, experience and knowledge of the market. 1st time in many years dealing with real estate and agents. We we very remote from the property we were selling and had to rely on someone to be honest, professional with all the aspects of the transaction and to achieve the best outcome for us and the buyer. John Reason had developed an excellent repour with the tenants in our real estate and was able to arrange all the necessary viewings and negotiations. John kept in touch with us every week for updates and just to re-ensure us that it was progressing. It was great to have John driving the sale and assisting with advertising and market direction. Have not met him personally, however it turned out that John was the best person to deal with and totally trustworthy.
