Honesty and integrity - that's what defines John. I've known him for 6 years prior to selling a house with him, but he's always kept in touch with market so when I was ready to selling he was my obvious choice. I particularly appreciate he has ethics and integrity - something many in this industry lack. At negotiation stage I've asked if the buyer was willing to drop finance clause - and he even said he wouldn't bring that to buyer because he needs to protect the buyers too. Now most agents will do anything to get the deal closed, but he wasn't looking for short term gain rather longetivity of relationship and responsibility he owes to both sides of transaction.
