I wasn’t going to be negative however John constantly followed up until we posted a review. We originally bought this property off John and thought he represented the sellers well at the time so we went with him when we decided to sell. Unfortunately this was not a good decision. When the realestate.com.au ad was first posted it was full of spelling and grammatical mistakes. Then after signing John advised that he didn’t work full weekends anymore and he had an assistant. We subsequently received very little feedback in regard to open homes and they even had open homes without advising us. When we finally got an offer John called at 9pm at night - I’m a shift worker and was waking up the next morning at 1.30am. If we could have the decision again we would have gone with any other agent.

I had the pleasure and was fortunate to have Paul and Lina as my selling agents for our property. They were worked real hard to help us market and sell the property in a very short time. Also organised tradies to fix up some minor issues and make the place presentable.
