Siarne struck the right note with us from the outset; friendly and knowledgeable about the property, without being pushy about it. As it happened she was on a day off when we contacted her to make an offer, however the formalities were speedily dealt with. We particularly appreciated her clear and timeous communication during the negotiation process. Although we and the sellers were initially some distance apart in price, she was an ideal intermediary and we eventually reached an agreement and concluded a provisional contract. We had no difficulty in scheduling the necessary inspections with her and communication throughout, right up to handover was professional and prompt. We have no hesitation in recommending her to prospective sellers.
