Not your average agent - selling your house doesn't have to be a hassle if you pick the right agent

Picking Ian to sell my house was the best decision I ever made. After meeting with 3 different agents it was clear right from the start Ian was the best choice and he certainly didn't dissapoint. Not only was he beyond professional, had a great network of clients and transparent about all costs involved, he was also an absolute pleasure to deal with (he actually made selling a house in the middle of divorce fun!) I will continue to recommend Ian to everyone I know - if you want a quick sale, with the best price possible, without having to spend unnecessary money (Ian was always transparent about what upgrades would increase sales prices but also willing to work within whatever budget you have without any pressure whatsoever to spend money on renovations) then you've found the right man for the job.
