Not your average agent - selling your house doesn't have to be a hassle if you pick the right agent

Picking Ian to sell my house was the best decision I ever made. After meeting with 3 different agents it was clear right from the start Ian was the best choice and he certainly didn't dissapoint. Not only was he beyond professional, had a great network of clients and transparent about all costs involved, he was also an absolute pleasure to deal with (he actually made selling a house in the middle of divorce fun!) I will continue to recommend Ian to everyone I know - if you want a quick sale, with the best price possible, without having to spend unnecessary money (Ian was always transparent about what upgrades would increase sales prices but also willing to work within whatever budget you have without any pressure whatsoever to spend money on renovations) then you've found the right man for the job. Thank you once again Ian for going above and beyond and dealing with my house sale with such care and charisma.

Excellent service and support. Very easy to deal with and exceeded my expectations

I was referred to Ian Knight, and from start to finish, he was exceptional. He listened to what I wanted, agreed on a target price, and then exceeded it. His communication was clear and consistent, and he made the whole process genuinely easy. Even managing to get the result without us needing full staging or photography. Professional, efficient and above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ian as the best in the area

Ian exceeded our expectations by leveraging the true potential of our property!

Ian is a charismatic, very confident and effective communicator, both in listening to our personal challenges and expectations and communicating his vision for a property's true market potential. Of the 5 real estate agents I saw in the lead up to selling our house, he was the only one thinking outside the box and where our sale sat in the larger picture of an evolving hot seller's market. Most importantly, Ian has a rare quality for a real estate agent: He is careful and passionate about safeguarding the responsibility he carries for ensuring his client's future economic needs. Ian was compassionate when it mattered but cut straight through the fluff and provided very sound advice on what buyers were looking for and how to leverage the property's potential to a get the result we needed. Ian also put us in touch with a whole team of support at LJ Hooker that got the property launched onto the market and sold within 6 days. Ian went above and beyond during negotiations with prospective buyers to get us a final figure well beyond our more conservative estimates for the property.
