Professional and charming!

No experience to speak of
We had none to very little contact with Tim in this sale. We mainly dealt with Eoin and he was fantastic. it was Eoin who really sold the house to us. Can not speak highly enough of Eoin. Tim appeared to not want to give us the time of day. Adrienne

Exceptional service
Tim, Eoin and the team at LJ Hooker Kaleen were exceptional to deal with and achieved an outcome at auction that was well above our expectations. Throughout the sales process Tim and the team were always friendly and professional, worked hard on our behalf, kept us fully informed of progress, and helped to allay any fears and/or concerns that we may have had. The marketing of the premise was first-rate and it successfully generated considerable interest from potential buyers. Selling my house was amazingly easy!
I sent Tim a text to say I'd been sick all winter and had now found a retirement villa I liked and I needed to move. Tim and Eoin got busy on it. Tim got me a really good offer after only 12 days on the market! I'd been tracking the prices of similar houses in Kaleen on a spreadsheet for 3 years, so I knew the price was right. Three months after I first clapped eyes on my retirement villa, I am living in it, all done and settled, and money left over for holidays!
