I purchased a property in McKellar of Canberra ACT, on the 3rd of July 2020. Lukas and the team he represents were amazing in what can be a stressful time. When I first saw the property my family and I immediately fell in love with it, Lukas was a absolute professional and provided us with all the information we needed in relation to the property and the instructions for the auction. He even answered my kids questions who were firing them at him like a machine gun. On top of that he spoke with my father for abour 40 minutes before the open house opened because of course, my dad had to arrive early 😅. He was really down to earth and treated us with respect and courtesy, for us this made the experience and the property more appealing. Once we made an official offer Lukas kept us updated and ensured we understood the next steps. This was so important as we really wanted to win the property and relied on Lukas's experience as we navigated some choppy waters, auctions are not for the feint of heart. When we won the property it was the best feeling in the world. Lukas continued to check in on us and made sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. I know it sounds cliché but we brought our dream home and it was best feeling in the world. Lukas genuinely added to that wonderful memory by ensuring our experience was the best it could be. We cannot recommend Tim highly enough. He made the process of selling our house very easy and as stress free as possible. Tim makes sure you are kept in the loop and returns calls promptly and is always happy to answer any questions or queries! He really lets you know he values you as a client. We were having a baby at the time of selling and he was really understanding and thoughtful at this time.
