We listed with LJ Hooker Margate our property at Electrona, we had 3 open homes and 4 adverts also listed on the web all done by them . We were contacted weekly on what was happening and every time after an open home. We were delighted when after approx 7 weeks we were made a great offer which we accepted. The team at LJ were fantastic we got the price we were looking for and near to their valuation , many thanks to the team would highly recommend. Micheal conducted his dealings with us with obvious integrity and honesty. His communication, assistance and attitude made our purchase a pleasure.
