I would highly recommend Michael to sell your property, especially in the Channel area as he has been in this area for many years & there is not much he does'nt know about the Channel. Michael did a fantastic job with the recent sale of our property. Right from the start there we trusted him as his comments & advise were honest & sincere. Throughout the whole process the communication was great (verbal & minimal texts). He worked hard to get what we wanted for the property, even though it was on the upper end of the scale.
