As first-home buyers Eoin was very pleasant to work with. Answered all questions at the inspections straight forward and genuinely, and was also open to all our suggestions regarding changes to the contract. He gave us a pretty good idea where the property would sit price-wise, and in the end we purchased it for exactly the figure I had in mind when I walked away from the first inspection.
