Professional, Friendly and Supportive Throughout the Buying Process

The biggest one was the regular updates on progress

The one thing I found Olivia, was very good at, was the regular updates on all aspects of the progress. Also I had many questions as this was a massive thing to do selling my home. Olivia always got back to me promptly and answered all my questions and I felt reassured 👍 What I loved most was her happy positive attitude and confident personality. Professional, warm communicator with prompt responses.

I met Olivia via a video inspection of the property I ended up purchasing. The first thing that stood out to me was her warmth and genuine appreciation of my interest in the property. Olivia took me through the property step by step at each point making sure I had seen everything I wanted before progressing on. Unusually there was no sense of being rushed and Olivia took a relaxed attitude to the process. Her knowledge of the property and the description of the surroundings and atmosphere completed the picture. She had all the answers to my questions at her fingertips and I ended up not flying down to view it personally (as I had planned) because Olivia satisfied my viewing requirements. The process of putting in an offer, getting an answer back and providing me with a contract and information was seamless.
