Lachlan was exceptional in his role as a real estate agent. His knowledge and professionalism is a stand out as proven in his timely sale of our property. If I ever sell my next property I would not hesitate and deal with Lachlan Porter/LJ Hooker.

What we appreciated the most with Lachie is the time he took to get to know us and what we were aiming to achieve with the sale of our home. Exceptional knowledge of the local market and best campaign approach for our home. Telisha was also brilliant. Both demonstrated care and professionalism throughout. Thank you!

Lachlan was highly recommend by more than one person and he sure did not disappoint. Being a local Lachlan had a lot of knowledge about the area, from the first meeting the process was smooth and was always readily available for any questions we may of had. I would use Lachlan again and would recommend him to anyone selling in the area. He is an asset to LJ Hooker Toronto.

David did a great job of helping us sell at auction. He obviously knows his stuff and was very helpful when we had questions. Happy to recommend him as an agent, we were in very competent hands.

David was very professional in all his dealings with us which was a huge benefit as this was the first time we had sold a house by auction. He outlined the sale plan clearly and effectively and kept us informed of all developments up to the auction sale. His communications were timely and they clearly described the situation we were dealing with. We were very glad to have the advice that came from his long career in real estate.

Callan was an absolute professional. His knowledge of the market was spot on and we couldn't have wished for any better. Listened to what we wanted and delivered with shining results. Not only did he sell our property he took the time to help with the purchase of our new property, he gave us tips for conveyancing and furniture removal. Can't speak high enough for Callans efforts 5 star and will be calling on Callan next time I sell.

I purchased the property through my superannuation fund and had to jump through all the requisite hoops to get there. The vendor also had a number of issues to resolve. Callan kept the communications moving with all the parties and kept the deal alive, which made that side of what was a complicated purchase much easier on my part. He was also a great help at settlement time when work made it impossible for me to attend the final inspection. Highly recommended.
