We were recommended to Michael by a friend who lived in the Belmont area. I followed my friends advice and let Michael conduct the selling plan as he saw fit. My initial thoughts were to take cheaper options, but Michael was clear with the plan he put forward and justified all the costs in selling my house. After 3 weeks of open homes, inspections and declining to take offers (at Michaels reccomendation) we went to Auction with shaking hands and a racing heart. At this point we were in the Auctioneers hands and it wasn't long before we had exceeded our reserve and into the land of disbelief. Michael's plan was perfect and we celebrated a fantastic result. I would have no hesitation in recomending Michael or using him again myself.
