Stewart's knowledge of the the local market is considerable. Stewart could answer all our questions. Stewart, Yvette, and their team were very kind and professional. Having Stewart as the auctioneer when he had had the opportunity to know the bidders was very valuable. The gardening services (not LJ Hooker's) were not well coordinated with unauthorised entry into the property, half done work, and some damage which Stewart remediated. Overall a very professional and easy arrangement. A good outcome.
