She also managed all of the improvements to the property, saving us from having to do this and having these completed in only 2 weeks. The styling of the property was excellent, and the marketing campaign attracted a large number of serious bidders to the auction. The selling price was fantastic, well above our expectations.

Our family enjoyed very much working with Kerrie on the sale of a family property. She was extremely pleasant to deal with, no nonsense, she knew the local market very well, and understood the sort of potential buyers we would get. She was very organised and delivered on what she said she would. She was willing to negotiate, and she helped the previous tenants leave the property more smoothly and find alternative accommodation. She was not the sort of super aggressive real estate agent type, which works well with buyers, and she was very professional and good to deal with. In fact in the end she understood potential buyers so well, she picked precisely who would be the most likely eventual buyer, which turned out to be the case.

Kerrie went the extra mile to ensure that everything ran smoothly, she even had her professional photographer husband take some photographs of the house well before the campaign so we could get the house with the jacarandas in flower.
