Professional and Proactive agent
We had met Andrew as potentional buyers at number of houses that he was selling. At each of these opens, we always felt that if we were to ever sell our own house we would want someone like Andrew to represent us. When we decided to sell our home, we got in touch with Andrew. We had very high expectations based on our previous experiences. However, Andrew exceeded all these expectations. Andrew provided us with all the information we needed and was prompt in responding to any further request we had. Andrew brought together a great team to create an effective marketing campaign to present our home for sale. Excellent Communicator and very easy to deal with
With less than 3 weeks on the market, Daniel sold our house prior to auction. This was an excellent result as the house was tenanted throughout the campaign. He communicated very well with all parties (tenant, property manager and us) to ensure a smooth campaign. We were kept informed through every step of the process and he took the stress out of selling. Ultimately, his negotiation skills with the successful buyer was what brought in the best price for us.

Very helpful in such a nerve wracking time
Daniel and Justin were both very helpful from the first moment we viewed the home right up until settlement. They were honest, straight forward and told us what we needed to do to buy the home.
