Cuming street Mile End
Andrew had good market knowledge of the Mile End area and provided an estimate in line with our thoughts and considerably higher than other real estate agents contacted. He also had collated a list of people seeking properties in the area and was able to realise multiple offers in a short time. Sale price was well in excess of original estimate and achieved with minimal advertising costs.

We met Andrew Baldino when he was selling another unit in our group and we're immediately impressed by his welcoming nature while still maintaining a highly professional attitude. When we were ready to sell our unit we had no hesitation in contacting Andrew. His knowledge of what was happening with unit sales in the area was invaluable in setting a realistic sales price. Andrew's advice on how to prepare the property for sale helped us achieve an offer over what we expected after only one open inspection. He has been in contact with us all through the settlement period to offer advise and answer our questions no matter how trivial they may have been. Sale of Laser Court Property

A cut above the rest
After meeting with numerous agents I started to loose hope that my late father's house would be sold in a way that respected the memories of our family, until I met with Daniel. From day one I had no doubt he understood the importance of my needs and that he would go above and beyond to make sure he respected the home throughout the sale process.
