Marco the Magnificent
As my wife and I contemplated selling, we started researching market prices and also prominent agents, based on their success in selling. This is how and where we found Marco. After meeting with Marco, we immediately signed an agency agreement based on his professionalism, market knowledge and sales success, and he didn't disappoint. He took 4 days to secure an offer and just over a week to secure a sale, at a record price. While we consider our sales campaign a complete success, we would also like to highlight Marco's amiable, courteous, professional and diligent manner. For an agent with the qualities that buyers admire, we certainly have no hesitation in recommending Marco to people wanting to sell their property.

It was meant to be.

Great Agent to work with
From the first viewing of our new Warriewood home, Marco was extremely professional in his approach to communication. We did not feel we were receiving misinformation and he was able to answer all our questions in a timely and accurate manner. Quick Sale and Great Result
We recently had Marco sell our apartment. Before we signed him up as our agent he was professional and never pushy helping us even with advice on what we should do when buying our new property. Once we exchanged on our new property Marco promptly organised a very successful campaign. He was always available to answer any of our questions and provided us convindence through every part of the process. After only 3 opens and 2 offers Marco was able to negotiate a wonderful pre auction price for us and a really short settlement period. This has enabled us to settle on our current property before needing to settle on the new property. I would recommend Marco as one of the most professional agents I have dealt with and one that realises it's about so much more then just the sale.
