Steve handled an interesting sales process calmly and with great understanding of us the vendors, and the buyer, and smoothed the path to a successful transaction for both parties. Steven a local resident, has extensive knowledge of the property market and is a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly, approachable, reliable and a great communicator. From our first meeting, Steven went above and beyond to accomodate us by organising after hours and private inspections of properties during our search for a house in Dalmeny. The exchange and settlement on our property occurred during covid lockdown. Steven ensured the process continued smoothly and kept us informed throughout. A pleasure to work with
Steve was great from the minute he stepped into my house. I was considering 4 agent options and he won me over with his professionalism and friendliness. Steve doesn't tell you what you want to hear or push any agenda instead he gave me up-to-date knowledge of the (ever-changing) housing situation for my area and was always on the end of the phone when I needed updates and further advice. What’s not to love about an agent with a sense of humour.
We’re not over the finish line yet but looking good. I wouldn’t use any other agent. I have spread the word. 😊. Can’t fault him in any area except perhaps his toupee
