Professionalism and contagious enthusiasm!
Loved having Steve sell our childhood home. His enthusiasm is contagious and we could imagine him talking with potential buyers in his friendly, happy-go-lucky manner about the home we grew up in! Steve listened to our needs and acted in our interest throughout the sale process to get a price greater than we had expected. We are very happy clients and highly recommend Steve.

I would definitely recommend Steven to anyone in our area contemplating selling
His market knowledge is right up to date in this ever changing environment with requirements for good internet, growing need for home offices and where our markets are heading. For me data on sales and trends, and selling techniques was important and Steven is right on the ball with this. I was very happy with the value he put on our property and the price we received. I think it was realistic and as it sold in reasonable time, it shows he knows our market well.

An Agent you can have confidence in
Steve, has great communication skills & very generous with his time. At all times I felt he was working in my best interests as a Vendor, never pressuring me to drop the price or take an offer I wasn't happy with. ( unlike a lot of agants) Very helpful from the start to the end Highly recommend

Steven and LJ Hooker Narooma were given the opportunity to sell land at Bermagui
Steve was always accessible and professional in his approachas is the LJ Hooker Narooma team. The land at Bermagui had previously been listed with two other local agents without success. Sale of the land at a most acceptable price was completed within a reasonably short period of time. Well done to Steve and the team at LJ Hooker Narooma.

Job well done in very difficult times.
We placed our property on the market in December 2019. Cobargo then had the fires come through and then Corona lockdowns. Through all this Steve kept us well informed and was able to come up with a sale in a reasonably quick time. His local knowledge certainly paid off or us.
