Hi In 1990 I purchased a block of Land on an acreage estate through a friend! Was unsure what do with it so I left it paid rates and had it slashed regularly when needed my neighbor Kym contacted me! When the time finally came to develop as an investment Kym recommended Lj HOOKER Nerang as she had used a local agent herself and was unhappy as they didn't do onsite inspections as required! The Plan I chose at Metricon was Kalarney 31 and Katy at LjHOOKER Nerang said it was too large so I downsized to Kalarney 26 with the study transformed to a fourth bedroom! When the property was finished Michelle Beamish and Michelle Chilcott attended on my behalf with my neighbor Kym as I was unable to due border closures with Covid 19 as I live in Sydney! I am extremely happy with the service provided from all staff that I've dealt with at Lj Hooker Nerang!
