Tina first started her Real Estate career in 1989 and has worked in all aspects of Real Estate. Finding the most satisfaction in the Property Management field, Tina started working as the Divisional Manager for LJ Hooker Nerang in 2008. In 2024, Tina moved her focus to customer service as New Client Manager for the property management department. An investment owner herself, Tina knows what is important when it comes to your residential investment and the importance of having someone working with you each step of the way. Tina's expertise spans the Gold Coast district, stretching from Ormeau in the north to Tugan in the south, with her influence reaching inland to Natural Bridge. With a keen eye for market trends Tina is dedicated to maximizing returns for her clients, ensuring they get the most out of their investments.

Tony moved to the Gold Coast in 1997 with his wife, looking for a lifestyle “where the weather suits my clothes.” Since then, he has built an impressive career across the real estate, construction, and development industries. A fully Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Diploma in Real Estate, Tony brings extensive experience in property sales, contracts administration, and property management. This broad expertise equips him with a deep understanding of the property investment market, enabling him to provide exceptional service to clients. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Design, Tony also has a strong background in passive solar design, building design, construction, and landscaping. Off the chart ratings! Not enough stars for this trooper

As soon as I cancelled the previous agent, Tina was on top of everything within a week. Including securing a tenant from the first open after 5 weeks with no tenant from previous agent. Communication was A1 no passing the buck. Knowledge is more than enough. As I say property managers are like a monopoly board...land on the wrong square and you reduce your investment. This lady is do not pass Go. Build your wealth and security with this agent and the agency. Thank you Tina to you and your amazing assistants. 🫠

Just Perfect and to our eyes perfect communication skills and caring.

Coming to LJHooker at a point in our lives were we felt that we weren’t fully helped with most agents. You were our last stop LJHOOKER. I don’t know if u know how how much we needed the struggling since February on the app application. Thank u to Tina Kennedy who listen to me while doing inspection. She assured me come back to the office and sit down with Breigh and go through your phone. So from us to you Breigh you took my fustrations and listen and did all that required on the phone. Communication, service and care

The LJ Hooker Nerang rental team did a fantastic job with our property tenanted within 2 weeks from settlement. The team delivered frequent over the phone updates so we knew where we were at each step of the way. They were also readily available whenever needed and helped us navigate through some unexpected challenges along the way. Highly professional and experienced outfit. I feel very confident that they will continue to deliver as property managers and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
