The team at LJHooker Nerang are so helpful and very professional. They had all of our questions covered and always on time with supplying relevant documents for our property. Cassandra was a massive help in our process and Shannon also a great help when applying for the property. The rest of the team is very welcoming, the office is well presented and beautiful too. My partner and I recently moved interstate to one of LJ hooker Nerangs rental properties. We didn’t have the opportunity to view the property before we moved in, but the team were extremely helpful every step of the way. We are over the moon with the communication, cleanliness of the property and kindness the team have shown us. On the day we collected the keys, our agent stayed back after hours so we could pick them up that afternoon. We then walked into the house which exceeded our expectations and a beautiful hamper with champagne and nibbles! We can’t recommend the Nerang team enough, we are so happy with the service we have received, thank you so so much!
