I’ve lived in Nerang for the past 25 years and in that time subdivided a property, rented the house, then sold it. I used LG Hooker for the rental then for the sale of the house which in both cases was handled impeccably. I am now in the process of renting another property through them and can’t say enough regarding Tina and her Property Management team. My house is a Niche rental of sorts with a few outside of the square requirements but nothing was a problem for Tina and she found me the perfect tenant within a week.
