I have known Alex for a long time. He explains everything thoroughly in a patient way, so that we understand the process of selling. He was considerate of the tenants that we had living there which we liked. He also told us about the people looking at our property. Julie is an excellent real estate agent. I have found her to be genuine, honest and have a realistic approach. Selling a home can be a stressful experience however I found Julie's communication throughout the process to be outstanding and definitely eased any initial burdens I felt.
