Alex's manner first and foremost is exceptional. He's polite, endearing, friendly and trustworthy, he's a pleasure to work with and I will certainly use him again. I didn't at any point feel like Alex was 'desperate' for his commission or forceful in his negotiations with me. He did well in the market climate to secure a multi-offer situation - which, to the best of his ability, he navigated. Alex repeatedly made himself available on weekends and public holidays which is far above the 'call-of-duty.' We, unfortunately, did not get the result we wanted on our property but I feel this was more an indication of market trends rather than Alex's ability. In future, I would certainly use Alex again but would request a more 'realistic' valuation from him and the wider LJ Hooker community before listing a property. Very good agent.
