We had a few hiccups at the beginning but he was always available to talk to and sort these things out in the end it all worked out and we brought the property. Alex Hayes and Julie Morgan Kemp certainly know there areas of expertise. There joint knowledge of acreage property is extensive which makes this niche market a lot easier to navigate be it selling or buying. They have great communication skills with each other and most importantly you the seller/buyer. These two ladies went above and beyond our expectations and made what was a very bitter sweet decision to sell our much loved home a little less unbearable by being positive and honest with us during the selling process.
