We recently purchased a property through Steve Snow. Buying site-unseen from interstate requires a great deal of trust and faith in the agent you are dealing with. Steve Snow has these qualities. Steve was happy to spend all the time we needed on the phone answering all our questions in detail (and we have a very long list of questions!). We were very impressed with his patience, professionalism, and his knowledge about the property. We've bought several properties lately, and we find too many agents just can't be bothered dealing with interstate buyers or answering long lists of questions over the phone. Steve always answers his phone or returns calls promptly, he makes himself available, he's done his homework so he knows how to answer the questions, and is happy to provide any extra assistance throughout the whole process. Ewan provided excellent service through a difficult property sales scenario, he listened, showed integrity and helped us to an outstanding degree on all levels during the sale both professionally and personally, we actually took the property off market mid way through the campaign and ended up returning it with a great sales result for us, Ewan's attitude did not waver during this time and his professionalism and sincere willingness to see our goals met despite the outcome for him is a credit to his approach and values. Thank you Ewan. I first met Ewan when he was walking the street doing a letter box drop. He approached me about selling my property, which was already for sale with another agent. I agreed for Ewan to do a proposal if the property didn't sell with the current agent, and he presented the proposal within a week. I agreed to list the property with Ewan and go to auction, which had multiple open houses with go attendances. The house didn't sell at auction, however Ewans persistence managed to secure an offer on subsequent Open House days. The house sold not long after and I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend Ewan and will use him in future dealings.

Couldn't ask for more from a sellers agent. Honest, prompt, always keeps you updated and an excellent knowledge of the current market and expectations. Sold our property in 4 days and unconditional in 18 days for a good price. He will be our first call if selling or buying in the future.
