Alex Bailey sold my house for me at Baloo Cresent Nerang some time ago. Just wanted to say that I found him very helpful when dealing with me.He always kept me informed as to what was going on in the sale and even though a lot of the time I was away in NSW always rang me to let me know from day to day the update. I do not have a great deal to do with estate agents and some times think that they can be very pushy when decisions have to be made but never found Alex to be like that He always listened to anything I had to say and I think he was very honest with me in all his advice.On the day of the auction I was in NSW and could not attend so he set up a landline link for me so as I could hear what was going on at all times and again never twisted my arm to accept the offer.I can only say that if I ever had anymore houses to sell or buy I would personally seek him out to do my bussiness with.
