Thank you Ewan. I first met Ewan when he was walking the street doing a letter box drop. He approached me about selling my property, which was already for sale with another agent. I agreed for Ewan to do a proposal if the property didn't sell with the current agent, and he presented the proposal within a week. I agreed to list the property with Ewan and go to auction, which had multiple open houses with go attendances. The house didn't sell at auction, however Ewans persistence managed to secure an offer on subsequent Open House days. The house sold not long after and I am very happy with the result.
