Always highly professional and unflappable
Jake was a pleasure to work with, always highly professional and unflappable. From start to auction, he was completely ontop of every detail, and well able to negotiate any unexpected bumps we encountered, enabling us to achieve the best price possible. My partner describes him as " a gun " agent, who'll go a long way in his profession. I would recommend him to anyone .

Excellent result
We couldn't be happier with the result Gordon Spring achieved for us. Sold within the first 2 weeks of the marketing campaign and for a great price. Everything was very smooth and efficient. Couldn't recommend Gordon and the LJH Newport team highly enough!

Marvellous!
Cherie was absolutely fantastic before, during and after the sales campaign. She sold my property after only two weeks on the market (prior to Auction), at a more than acceptable price (in an otherwise difficult market). I can't thank her enough for her personal and professional approach, which lead to an excellent result. Her market knowledge, negotiating skills and level of communication is first class. 5 Stars +. I can't recommend her highly enough to potential Vendors.
