It was a very tough decision, to decide whether to go ahead with the auction of our home, in the initial phase of the Covid 2019 concerns with potential of low turnout at the auction. The confidence to nevertheless go ahead was heavily reliant on the conscientious and tenacious nature of Gordon, who had consistently demonstrated genuine attribute of prioritising our best interests. Thanks to the excellent hard work done by the L.J. Hooker Newport team (I even had immediate responses from Gordon or his team, to my late after hours messages!) under Gordon Spring’s expert direction with his renowned professionalism, network and knowledge within the industry, the property was sold at the auction to a happy buyers and us, despite the uncertainty in current market. Excellent service
We feel very fortunate to have bought through Gordon Spring. We had been looking for a home for over 6 months and had some less than pleasant experiences during negotiations to the point where we were exhausted. We found Gordon to be honest upfront and a great communicator. We were shocked at how efficiently our purchase negotiations were handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gordon for either selling or purchasing property. I just wish more agents were like him.

Gordon is one of the most experienced Realestate agents on the Northern Beaches
Gordon was always positive and enthusiastic even in this uncertain market with Coronavirus. He followed protocol with wearing gloves and opening and closing cupboards etc for the people who were inspecting our unit and also disinfected the front door handle and whatever surfaces were touched. He would leave a report on feedback about our property, we knew what was happening at all stages. We sold our property in the first week of sale. We got what we wanted for our unit and was very happy. We wouldn't hesitate to use Gordon and his team again in the future.
